Cluster Slot Size. Thanks for the info. It mentions that "Notice that the memory slot size has been set to 1024MB. VM24 has a 4GB reservation set. Because of this VM24 spans 4 slots.". I would like to know if the VM did not have a reservation would it still use 4 slots because it had 4GB allocated to it. Thanks.
Feb 01, 2017 · If I go to run time info of cluster in vmware I can it has used 32MHz 1, Virtual CPU and 40MB memory slot size . Then it says total slot is 691 and failover slot is 422.
